Pictures of asbestos such as this one to the right are common. I would not want to even be holding this. This was found in a house wall, the walls were filled with this asbestos and it was declared a national emergancy and hazmat teams were sent in to clean it up. The town will not be mentioned as they have suffered enough. Pictures of asbestos such as this will hopefully be a thing of the past soon.

This type of asbestos is very common. Have you ever seen it before? Chances are, its cancer causing asbestos. Asbestos like this was a very common way of making heating ducts fire resistant. That worked great, the cancer it caused was unknown at the time. These pictures of asbestos show what homeowners are exposed to on a daily basis. What about the technician who installed asbestos like this for a living. Sadly there probably are not too many of them left alive.
